8. Hattie Susan Black was married to Dr. J. A Harrill on October 25, 1893, and to this marriage were born the following children, to wit; Lawson Herbert, A.B., Jr Ruth, J. Black, Thomas Caroll, and William Stowe Harrill.

(a) Lawson Herbert Harrill married Aileen Austell and to this union was born three children; Sadie Aileen, Bobbie, and Tommy Harrill.

(aa) Tommy Harrill has one daughter, Paula Ann Harrill, born Dec. 7, 1

(b) J. A. Harrill was married to Hazel Jones on October 24, 1931, and there born to this marriage two children; Harriet Ann Harrill and John Aberdeen Harrill, Jr. J. A Harrill operates stores in Anderson and Greer, South Carolina. J. A Harrill died August 25, 1969

(b-l) Harriet Ann Harrill was born December 29, 1937. She graduated from Agnes Scott College in June, 1959. She married Lt. David Harvey Tisinger on June 18, 1959. He is from Carrolton, Georgia. They have one son, John David, born in 1969.

(b-2) John Aberdeen Harrill, Jr. was born in 1942. He entered Furman University in 1960. He toured with Teenage Band as entertainer for the Armed Forces in Europe, Japan, and Korea in the sumer of 1958. During that time he was a member of the United States Army. John A. Harrill married Lou Ann Derhl Tracey August 7, 1965. J. A. Harrill, III, adopted son of John Aberdeen and Lou Ann Harrill.

(c) Ruth Harrill was married to M. H. Mauney on May 6, l924. She died March 24,1990.

(d) Jay Black Harrill was married to Mary Byers on April 11, 1936. They have two Children; Jay Black Harrill, Jr. who was born in 1938 and Mary Lois Harrill who was born in 1942. Jay Black Harrill died Feb. 2

(d-l) Jay Black Harrill, Jr married Janet Lynn Talbot of St. Albans, on Nov. 28, 1963. They have two children; a son, Jay Black Harrill, III, born in 1966, and a daughter, Lynn Talbert Harill born in 1969.

(d-2) Mary Lois Harrill married Langdon Mcllroy Cooper of Fort Morgan, Colorado on June 7, 1964. They have a daughter, Marya Ladd Cooper born in 1970.

(e) Tom Harrill married Inez Mull on August 17, 1954. They have one son, Thomas Lawson Harrill, born in 1969.

( f) William Stowe Harrill was married to Lolage Sperling on June 19, 1940.

(f-I) William Stowe Harrill, Jr. was married to Pamela Smith , July 22,1970.

9. Florence Black married H. M. Garrison on November 28, 1900, and died March 3, 1919, leaving one daughter, Elizabeth, who died during the year 1937.
