CODICIL TO WILL OF HUGH BORDERS
Whereas 1, Hugh Borders, have made my last will and testament in writing, bearing fate of the 15th day of March 1879, the said will being that to which this is appended, and whereas I in and by said will made certain provision for my wife for her life and whereas my wife has died since that time, I do by this my writing, which I hereby declare to be a codicil to my said will, to be taken and construed as a part thereof , will and direct that my executors named in said will shall, as soon as my death as they shall deem best, sell all of my real and personal property on such terms as shall be most conducive to the interest of my estate, collect the proceeds for same and all debts due to my estate by whomever and howsoever due and owing, including any debt or debts owing by any of my children and divide the same, together with any cash that be found on hand, as directed in and by my said will. In testimony whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal March 18,1886.
