Aaron Austell

Aaron Austell was the youngest son of William Austell, Jr., & Mary Gibbons. born 21 Feb 1688? Little is known about this man. We do find this mention of his marriage in the Quaker Records:

On 13 May 1708, Aaron Austell of London Bridge, woolen draper, Citizen & Merchant Tailor, son of William, late of Oare, Berkshire, married Mary Moseley of Bishopsgate Street, London, daughter of Thomas & Hester, late of Lewis in Sussex, at Devonshire House, (London).

In the Virginia Colonial Records Project, Survey Report # 02528 (2685)(page 291.) We find the following:
Petition of William Ware about his debt incurred as surety for tobacco duties owed by Aaron Austell, deceased; with minutes about the same January 1729/30.

In the Virginia Colonial Records Project, Survey Report # 02529 (2686)(page 286.) We find a similar mention:
Commissioners' minutes of 15 & 16 March 1732/33 about the debts to the Corwn on tobacce bonds of William Ward, surety for Aaron Austell, and James Burton, tobacco merchant.

It is very likely that this is the same Aaron Austell.
